Porcini mushrooms are grown mainly in Alto Adige, Emilia-Romagna, Piedmont, Tuscany, and the Veneto. The height of their season is late August through October. Venda's Porcini Mushroom Ravioli is made with #1 semolina wheat flour, pasteurized whole eggs, porcini mushrooms, Parmigiano cheese, garlic, breadcrumbs, and Romano cheese.
